Working Process
Stones will be sent to vibrating feeder, and then go into jaw crusher for primary crushing. Then materials will be sent to hydraulic cone crusher by vibrating feeder for secondary crushing. Vibrating screen will screen quality materials out and then they will be sent to vertical shaft impact crusher for shaping. Other materials with big size won’t be sent to cone crusher for reprocessing until these size satisfies requirement. Final products should be screened again and belt conveyor will send them to finished area.

Working Process
Big materials should be processed by jaw crusher firstly. And then elevator will send materials whose size satisfies requirement to storage hopper. Electromagnetic vibration feeder transports materials to grinding chamber for milling evenly. And they will go to separator for classifying with fan airflow. Because of impeller of classifier, unqualified materials will go into grinding chamber for reprocessing, and the powder whose size is suitable will go into cyclone for collecting. Then final powder will be discharged by discharging device.
