600TPH River Stone Crushing Plant in China
River stone sand making production line is a new project put into operation in December, 2018. It processes river stone and finished products are used in commercial concrete. Raw materials enter PE750*1060 jaw crusher through FH1245 vibrating feeder. Materials less than 10mm are screened out by vibrating screen and become raw sand. Others will enter cone crusher adjusting silo and be transported to 3 sets of HPT300 cone crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed materials are screened by vibration screen. Materials larger than 40mm will be sent to cone crusher for reprocess, but others can be sent to 5X1145 sand making machine for shaping and sand making. The output size of the finished product is less than 28 mm.
