1.Lubricant should be adaptable for seal components in case those seal components are damaged.

2.Due to the small tank, limited oil loading and high oil temperature, lubrication should take advantages of good thermal stability and oxidation resistance.

3.It is easy for lubrication to be polluted by coal dust, rock dust and water in the abominable work environment, so lubrication should take advantages of antirust ability, corrosion resistance and emulsion resistance.

4.When crushing equipment works in the environment which is easy to be a fire or explosion accident, it requires lubrication processing good flame resistance rather than combustible lubrication.

5.Sometimes crushing equipment works where have big temperature difference between day and night or winter and summer, so viscosity of lubrication’s variation range should be less than temperature’s, or the viscosity is too low to form lubricating film when temperature is high, and viscosity is too high to work normally when temperature is low.
