One of the commonest crushing plant is Impact Crusher. And there are some requirements of installation and debugging as follow.
1.Fasten all the fasteners before installation, and check them termly during production.
2.Remember to keep the right direction of turning during installation.
3.Equip conveyor belt with a shield after the installation of motor.
4.The gap between impact plate and flat hammer should be turned down gradually and turn the rotor to check if there is impact. Lock turnbuckle in case that vibrational impact plate will decline and collide with flat hammer because of loose nut and result in accident finally.
5.Installation height and how to cooperate with feeding device and discharging device all should be considered because the discharge port is on the bottom of Impact Crusher.
6.Users needn’t do balance testing because the rotor had been done it before leaving the factory. But the test should be done when changing hammer and rotor.
7.Adjust balance when installing the host and horizontal error should be less than one millimeter per one meter. The driving wheel of main shaft should be in the same plane, besides, adjust tightness of belt and fix the motor.
8.Check if the parts’ installation position is changeable or they are out of shape. Lock all bolts and check tightness of device.
9.Check connection and tightness of electrical box; adjust time-delay relay and overload protection device; close the circuit and test the rotation direction of motor to choose the suitable fuse.
10.Check the hydraulic system and if the leakage phenomenon exists.
11.Clean foreign body out of the crushing chamber and rotate the rotor to check if there is attrition or impact.
