The 800tph stone crushing line in Russia consists of one set of GZD1500×6000 vibrating feeder, two sets of GZD1300×4900 vibrating feeder, one set of PE1200×1500 jaw crusher, four sets of PFW1318 European type impact crusher and four sets of circular vibrating screen.

The process is simple in fact. The device blows up stones and the materials whose sizes smaller than 1020mm will be sent to vibrating feeder by dumper. Vibrating feeder sends stones to jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then the sizes of stones are range from 150mm to 300mm. Next, the materials will be sent to European type impact crusher for secondary crushing, and vibrating screen will screen quality materials out. Unqualified materials will be reprocessed in impact crusher, and final products will be sent to fixed area by belt conveyor.

Besides, you should know that the materials whose sizes smaller than 300mm would be sent to European type impact crusher directly rather than go into jaw crusher for primary crushing.
