How to solve the pressure difference of the slag vertical mill?

If the slag vertical mill has a large differential pressure, you should reduce the supply of the material, or even shut down, and then check the possible causes. There are several causes as follows:
1. Reduce the supply of materials and see if the pressure will improve.
2. Check whether the negative pressure of the vertical mill is too small, you can open the damper properly to increase the ventilation, so that the material is brought out by the wind in time, so as not to accumulate in the vertical mill.
3. For the material, the higher the temperature, the greater the vibration; this may be the deterioration of the material's wearability, and the amount of water spray can be appropriately increased to increase the pressure of the grinding roller.
4. The bearing is overheated, the bearing is short of oil or dust, and the bearing is damaged. Properly let the mill rest for a while, check the bearings and refuel the bearings, and replace the new bearings in time to avoid damage to other components.
5. The grinding chamber sound is abnormal, the roller has a crashing sound on the grinding ring; after stopping the grinding chamber, the roller is found when the roller is turned, and the roller and the grinding ring are collapsed. The analysis is caused by poor lubrication of the roller bearings.
