At first, main mill connects base flexibly and there is no rigid contact, which avoids transmission to middle body and analysis machine and improves accuracy of analysis. Secondly, analysis machine adopts high density blade to improve fineness of powder selection and capacity. The practice shows that improving density of the blade can improve output size when the speed keeps constant. That is to say, when the fineness is same, the rotational speed and airflow resistance of high density impeller is lower than low density impeller’s, and the output increases accordingly. At the same time, impeller turntable adopts new structure, which can avoid leakage of rough powder. Besides, it adopts by-pass powder collector, and there is a dust isolation room making part of the gas with much dust enter the lower part of the cyclone through bypass so as to reduce the chance of dust escaping from the vent. Compared with general powder collector, by-pass powder collector takes advantages of low pressure and high collecting efficiency, which is especially beneficial for collecting the limestone powder particles.
