| Reply: | Hi Albert. Thank you for your question. The maintenance tip about hydraulic system of cone crusher is to keep hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic oil clean. Hydraulic cylinder should be closed and select suitable hydraulic oil according to the system requirements. If there is exceptional case needing other hydraulic oil, we should select it which is similar to the original one, and can’t mix with other hydraulic oil. When pouring hydraulic oil into hydraulic system, it should use clean oil filter and pouring it into hydraulic cylinder after strict filtration. The oil should be filled with system piping and machine components, and the oil standard can’t go beyond a certain range. The piping and components should be clean before pouring hydraulic oil. During the production process, the quality of hydraulic oil should be inspected regularly in case water, dust or fiber goes into system.
