Reply: | Hi George . Thank you for your question. Each crusher need overhauling when working for a long time, and replacing damaged parts can extend its service life. Planned maintenance of crushers include daily maintenance, tinker, medium repair and overhaul. Tinker, whose cycle lasts one to three months, means inspecting, repairing and adjusting, such as inspecting transmission, adjusting gap of discharge opening, replacing worn scaleboard or adding lubricating oil. Medium repair lasts one to two years, besides the work belongs to tinker, it also includes replacing toggle plate, scaleboard and inspecting bearing bush. Overhaul usually lasts 5 years, it means replacing eccentric shaft and driving shaft, casting alloy on the upper pitman coupling or repairing worn parts. Liming Heavy Industry (Shanghai) |
