The techniques of installing coarse powder mill are listed as follow. 1.Build the foundation of cement according to installation drawings, and cast-in situ concrete foundation is better. Besides, there should be a fifteen-day guarantee. 2.Pay attention to the position and size of anchor bolt. Control its height and then correct the upper plane by level. 3.Vibrating feeder must be installed which ensures the materials are fed continuously. 4.The empty machine should be running for 10 minutes. 5.Keep host stable when running. Ensure there is no abnormal noise. The temperature of bearing chamber must not be more than 50℃. 6.Stop machine after 30-minute commissioning and then tighten all fasteners. 7.Check the machine each week in case the bolts are loose and then cause losses. 8.The time of load running can’t be less than 8 hours.
