Medium speed coal mill introduction

Medium speed coal mill principle
With the rotation of the millstone, the material moves to the edge of the millstone under the action of centrifugal force. When passing through the annular groove on the millstone, it is crushed by the grinding roller, and the crushed material is brought up by the high-speed airflow of the wind ring at the edge of the millstone. The particles fall directly onto the millstone and re-grind. When the material in the airflow passes through the upper separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls to the millstone to be re-grinded, and the qualified fine powder is ground together with the airflow.
Medium speed coal mill maintenance knowledge
Check the lubrication condition of the bearing chamber before and after the main engine, such as grease deposits, to be cleaned, to update the grease, to see the bearing wear condition, to see if it needs to be replaced.
