There are three methods in the process of producing sand: wet sand making system, dry sand system, and semi-dry sand system.
Dry sand making system has many advantages as follows:
1. Remove environmental constraints, reduce production costs.
2. The aggregate produced has a low moisture content.
3. Very little water is used in the production process, saving a lot of water.
4. Unaffected by the environment, continuous production by the year.
Disadvantages of dry sand making system:
1. High requirements for stone materials and strictly control the content of impurity
2. the mechanism of the produced sand is not as beautiful as the wet sand.
3. A large amount of dust is generated during the dry sand production process.
